Peacehaven is in Shalfleet, about halfway between Yarmouth and Newport. It's a detached bungalow, so everything's on one level. That's handy if stairs are a bother.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-kept and comfortable. The garden at the back is enclosed, which is good if you've got kids or a dog.
You've got parking for two cars on the drive. Inside, there's a washing machine and a dishwasher. There's WiFi, and things like a Blu-ray player and an old Xbox with some games if you get a wet day. There's also a cupboard full of board games.
Shalfleet itself is quiet. There's a village pub about a 15 minute walk away. It's family friendly and does food.
For getting out, you're well placed. Newtown Creek Nature Reserve is right nearby. It's a good spot for a quiet walk. Yarmouth is about ten minutes by car, Newport about fifteen.
Within a half hour drive, you've got quite a bit. The Needles and Alum Bay are that way. Carisbrooke Castle is towards Newport. Tapnell Farm Park is nearby if you need to entertain children. The coastal path is accessible from a few points.
