You're about a ten minute drive from the south coast beaches, like Compton and Freshwater. The west coast and The Needles is about a twenty minute drive. Yarmouth, which has shops and places to eat, is fifteen minutes by car.
The Military Road along the south-west coast is good for cycling if that's your thing.
Inside, it's got a wood burning stove, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. All the bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.
