Appletree

Appletree is a cottage on Chilton Farm, near Brightstone. It's one of a few around a courtyard. We live on the farm here too. The cottage itself is detached. You get your own patio and garden area. There are also some shared grass bits and two tennis courts anyone can use.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 2 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and has what you need, but it's not luxury. It's a farm cottage.

You're about a quarter of a mile from the coast. Beach walks are easy from the door. The nearest shop and a decent pub are a mile away in Brightstone. Brightstone has a few places to eat and a National Trust museum.

For getting out, the coastal path is right there. The Tennyson Trail for walking or cycling is nearby. You can drive to The Needles and Alum Bay in about twenty minutes. Carisbrooke Castle is about the same. Ventnor and Shanklin are within half an hour.

Facilities are straightforward. It's open plan downstairs. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's an electric vehicle charger and parking. You can bring two dogs.
