Harry's Hut

This contemporary, well-presented detached property is situated near the centre of the picturesque village of Brighstone on the Isle of Wight, nestled between the northern downlands and the south-west facing sea of The English Channel. The village can be found about half way along the coastal route between Ventnor and Freshwater. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Harrys Hut is perfect for couples or families looking to enjoy time together in one of the most stunning parts of the Isle of Wight. Adjacent to the owners home, the accommodation is all on one level, and can sleep up to four people with two bedrooms, laid out as one double and one twin room.
The pretty centre of Brighstone has a grocery shop, a pub and a small restaurant, and from the village centre it is possible to walk along the Tennyson Downs to Alum Bay in the west, or to Carisbrooke at the heart of the Isle of Wight. The coastal path, which runs right around the island, also passes close by. There are plenty of activities to keep you busy locally; opportunities for activities such as walking, cycling and swimming are plentiful. You can even try your hand at paragliding if you are feeling adventurous! There are numerous attractions to discover for all ages, including The Needles with its amusement park, boat rides, lighthouse and famous chairlift down to the coloured sands of Alum Bay. Blackgang Chine, the oldest themed attraction in the UK, Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Tapnell Farm Park and Carisbrooke Castle are all worth a visit. Alternatively, why not visit Queen Victoria’s favourite holiday residence, Osborne House and its gardens, or the sailing towns of Yarmouth and Cowes? Beach 3½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
