Nestled on the picturesque Isle of Wight off the southern coast of England, West Bay Cottages is home to an eclectic mix of stylish and contemporary accommodation within easy reach of the spectacular coastline and scenic countryside of West Wight. Entering the property, you are welcomed in to bright and open living/dining room with large windows and patio doors overlooking the terrace.
The design of the property has been well thought out with two living rooms, one with a large Smart TV with comfy sofas and the other with a large L-shaped sofa and wood burner for those cold evenings. The dining room is well equipped with a large table and seating for ten guests. The kitchen is well equipped with range style gas oven and hob, two fridges, freezer, and dishwasher. Large patio doors lead you on terrace at the rear where you will find garden furniture and an outdoor dining area which is perfect to relax after a day exploring the island. Also, a seperate disabled access toilet can be found on the ground floor. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, two kingsize beds, one double and one set of bunk beds, the master is well equipped with dressing area and en-suite with shower over bath, his and hers basin and heated towel rail. The family shower room offers a double cubicle shower, toilet and basin.
Conveniently located just short drive away is the bustling historic town of Yarmouth with its tranquil fishing harbour, independent gift shops and highly acclaimed restaurants with freshly caught fish always on the menu! The unspoiled, rugged landscape of the West Wight is right on your doorstep – and has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Discover secluded beaches; ancient woodlands; marshlands rich in wildlife; and mile after mile of footpaths, bridleways and cycle paths that are just waiting to be explored. Let your adventures begin. The holiday village operates a ’car free’ zone policy with a gated entrance, creating a child safe friendly atmosphere. This is the perfect place for big and small kids alike, allowing everyone to roam around freely and play games with friends and family. Parking is located in the guests’ parking areas signposted around the village. Guests can access discounted Wightlink Ferry tickets via the owner. Local pubs and restaurants within 2 miles. Beach ¾ mile.
