Joyful Cottage

The facilities are all there, things like a dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings and a patio area out the back.
The location is the main thing here. You can walk to Hurst Castle along the spit, or explore the marshes and Sturt Pond for birdwatching. The New Forest is right on the doorstep for walks or cycling. Lymington, with its harbour and ferry to the Isle of Wight, is about five miles away.
Further afield, within about half an hour, you've got places like Beaulieu, the beaches at Bournemouth, and Christchurch Harbour. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline around here if you're planning walks.
