Between The Forest And The Sea
This place is called Between The Forest And The Sea. It's in New Milton, out towards Barton-on-Sea. It's detached. You have your own parking.
It sleeps five. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. One's a double room with an extra single bed and a pull-out bed underneath, so it's good for a family. The other is a single. Everything is on the ground floor. The doors are wide and there are no steps at the entrance.
Inside, it's all open plan. Kitchen, dining table, living area. You can get out to the garden from there. The garden is mostly yours, but it's open to one side next to the owner's garden. There's a fence for privacy. You can sit out there.
You're about a 15 minute walk from the beach at Barton-on-Sea. It's shingle. The town centre is a short walk the other way. Shops, a few places to eat.
The New Forest is right there. You can drive in five minutes and be walking. You'll see the ponies and donkeys straight away. For more structured walking or cycling, Moors Valley Country Park is about 20 minutes by car. They have play areas and Go Ape.
If you want to explore further, Bournemouth and its beaches are maybe 25 minutes in the car. You can get the ferry to the Isle of Wight from Lymington, which is a 15 minute drive. The National Trust has a lot of places nearby, like Hurst Castle.
For facilities, it's got a washing machine, WiFi, a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. There's a shower. No pets allowed.
