The Bungy is a bungalow in Freshwater. It’s on one floor, so no stairs. There’s parking right next to it.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. One bathroom. It has a 3 Star rating, which means it's clean and tidy, nothing too fancy. The layout is open plan, so the living, kitchen and dining area are all in one space.
It's about a ten minute walk down to Colwell Bay. It’s a nice beach, good for a paddle. There’s a bar and a café there if you want a coffee or something to eat.
For a bigger beach with waves, you drive to Compton Bay. It’s about a fifteen minute drive. Good for surfing. The view from the cliffs there is great.
Yarmouth is a couple of miles away. You can get the car ferry over from Lymington to there. The town has a few shops and places to eat. Fort Victoria is just past it. They have a model railway and you can often spot red squirrels.
If you want to see The Needles, that's about a ten minute drive from the cottage. Alum Bay is right there too. For a proper day out walking, the National Trust looks after a lot of the coast and countryside, like Tennyson Down.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, TV and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. We can put a cot and a highchair out if you need them. The front door and the main rooms are wheelchair accessible.
No pets, sorry.
