Monument House
Monument House is in Totland, on the west side of the Isle of Wight. It's a big detached house that sleeps ten. Five bedrooms, five bathrooms.
It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. You'll find things like an electric vehicle charger and a hot tub.
The layout is open plan upstairs. Big kitchen and living area with large windows. They look out over the garden and you get a view of the sea. The garden is a good size and enclosed.
The stairs are fairly standard. There are two stairgates available, a cot and a highchair if you need them.
You can walk down to Totland Bay from the house. For a longer walk, the Tennyson Down path starts nearby. The Needles and Alum Bay are about a ten minute drive. For a family day out, Tapnell Farm is nearby with activities and a restaurant.
Further afield, places like Carisbrooke Castle are within half an hour's drive. There's a local pub, and golf and horse riding are available nearby.
