Long View Lodge
Long View Lodge is in Burgham, near Felton. It's a detached lodge on Bockenfield Country Park. The park has a small bar and cafe, and a kids' play area. It's right by the A1 so it's easy to get to, but once you're here it feels quiet.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything is modern and open plan. There's a TV with Netflix. WiFi is included.
The main thing is the veranda. It's L-shaped with seating, and it looks out over the fields. That's where the hot tub is. It's ready for you when you arrive.
You can have up to two dogs. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside.
The Northumberland Zoo is about half a mile away, you can walk it. Burgham Park Golf Course is the same distance.
For a day out, Alnwick is about ten minutes drive. You've got Alnwick Castle and The Alnwick Garden there. Warkworth village and its castle is a bit further, maybe fifteen minutes. The coast at Alnmouth or Druridge Bay is within half an hour.
If you want to go further, you can get to Newcastle in under forty minutes. Northumberland National Park and the coast up towards Bamburgh are both within an hour.
