Phoenix
The Phoenix is one of four lodges at Felmoor Park, one entrance for the lot.
It's detached, sleeps four. Two bedrooms. Two bathrooms, one is en-suite to the double room. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a comfortable, modern sort of lodge. Open plan living area with a kitchen at one end. The patio doors go out to an enclosed garden. There's a hot tub there. You'll have your own parking space right outside.
It's pet friendly, up to two dogs.
On site there's a bar and cafe with some entertainment sometimes. There's a kids' play park. For attractions, Northumberland Zoo is just down the road, maybe a ten minute walk. If you golf, Burgham Park Golf Club is less than a mile away.
The village of Felton is a few minutes drive. There's a pub and a shop there.
Morpeth is about ten minutes by car. That's your proper market town with shops and places to eat.
Druridge Bay Country Park is good for a walk, maybe 15 minutes' drive. The coast at Alnmouth or Warkworth is about 20 to 30 minutes. Newcastle city centre is about 40 minutes if you fancy that.
For planning, the Northumberland Coast AONB site has good information. The National Trust has Cragside and other places nearby.
