Kinneil Land is a bungalow in Lamlash, on the Isle of Arran. It's detached, and it sleeps a lot of people for a bungalow, eight. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Its main thing is the location. You walk out the front garden and you're on the beach. It's not a huge sandy beach, more stones and sand, but it's right there. The view from the front rooms is straight out to the Holy Isle. It's a modern house and it's comfortable.
The garden isn't fully fenced in where it meets the beach, so if you've got little kids you'll need to keep an eye on them outside.
You're in the middle of the village. There's a bar and restaurant literally next door, and the shop is a couple of minutes' walk up the road. The pier, a play park, tennis courts, the golf club, they're all in Lamlash.
For facilities, it's got what you'd expect: a wood burner, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is on site, but the driveway is shared with the cottage behind.
You can get the ferry from Ardrossan to Brodick, then it's about a fifteen minute drive down to Lamlash. Once you're on Arran, you don't need to drive far. Goat Fell is the big hill if you want to climb it. Brodick Castle is run by the National Trust if the weather's bad. The whole island is good for walking.
