Old Steading is a converted barn in Brodick. It's a mile from the village and sits facing fields. There's a new summerhouse in the garden you can use. The views from there are good.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It was refurbished not long ago, so things are in good order. The main rooms are on the ground floor, which helps. There are steps in the garden though, so watch your step.
Brodick is walkable if you don't mind a bit of a stroll. The town has everything you need: shops, a couple of cafes, and the ferry terminal. The beach is right there in the village too.
The whole island is easy to get to from here. Lamlash is a short drive south. You can get the little ferry from there over to Holy Isle to look around. The main mountain range, Goatfell, starts just north of Brodick. The coastal road goes right round the island if you fancy a drive.
For practical things: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, and a woodburning stove for cooler nights. WiFi works. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. No pets, sorry.
