This is Larkfield. It's in Lamlash on the Isle of Arran, which is in Ayrshire. A traditional red sandstone cottage, sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating.
The cottage is part of a row built around 1905 for estate workers. It's been done up inside, so it's comfortable and clean. Tartan fabrics, decent sofas, that sort of thing. The kitchen has what you need. Both bedrooms are a good size. One looks out the back towards the hills, the other at the front has a view of Holy Isle.
Outside, there's a walled patio at the front. It's south facing, gets the sun, and is fully enclosed. Table and chairs are there.
You can walk into Lamlash village. There's a supermarket, a few places to eat and drink, a pharmacy, and a play park by the beach. The local golf club is there too.
Included: bedding, towels, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher. Sky Smart TV with Netflix. They leave some Arran Aromatics toiletries. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if needed. No pets.
For things to do, the whole island is good for walking. The coast is accessible from the village. For planning, the National Trust for Scotland Arran page and Visit Scotland's Arran guide are useful.
