Ardbeag is in Whiting Bay on Arran. It's a detached bungalow. The main thing is the view. You look straight out over the bay to Holy Isle from most of the rooms.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of those is en-suite. It's a 3 Star place, so it's comfortable and clean. You access it off the main road up a short, steep hill. That's just how it is here.
There are two living areas, which is handy if you've got kids or want some space. One's a proper lounge with a big bay window for the view. The other is a smaller sitting area with the dining table. The garden is a good size, mainly lawn. Safe for dogs and kids.
You can walk down into Whiting Bay in a few minutes. There's a shop, a post office, a couple of places to eat, and a beach. The local golf club is there too.
For getting further out, you're right on the coast for walks. The whole island is basically one big attraction. Brodick Castle is about twenty minutes' drive up the coast. The National Trust for Scotland looks after it. The ferry back to the mainland is from Brodick too.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
