Rivendell
This is Rivendell, in Lamlash. It's a detached house on the seafront. The views are the main thing, really. You look straight out over Lamlash Bay to Holy Isle. It's a good, uninterrupted view from the front garden, the living room, and the main bedroom upstairs.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
You're right in the village, so you can walk to most things. There's a beach, a few shops, some bars and restaurants, and a play park. The local golf club is walkable too. Everything you need for a holiday without having to drive is within about five or ten minutes on foot.
The living space is open plan. It's been decorated to a high standard. It feels spacious and it's practical for a group.
For facilities: it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. There's also a stairgate. Sorry, no pets.
If you want to explore, you're on the Isle of Arran. The National Trust for Scotland looks after a lot of the island. Brodick Castle is about a ten-minute drive. The ferry to the mainland goes from Brodick, which is just over the hill.
