Bay View is a detached cottage in Brodick on Arran. It’s in an elevated spot so the view over the bay is really good. You can see it from the front rooms.
The house sleeps eight. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which helps when there's a few of you. It's a 4 Star place. It's spacious and well-equipped.
The garden is private, front and back. It's enclosed. You get the sun out there and it’s quiet, but you're still close to everything. The main supermarket is a five minute walk. A couple of pubs and restaurants are about the same.
The local hotel is just up the road. They do good food. For walks, Goatfell is right there. The path starts not far away. Brodick Castle is nearby too, it's run by the National Trust for Scotland. There's a golf course in the village.
You can walk to the ferry in about ten or fifteen minutes. It makes arriving easy.
The facilities are what you'd need: dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for a couple of cars on the drive. You can bring up to two dogs. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them.
