6 Hamilton Terrace is in Lamlash, on the Isle of Arran. It's a typical cottage in a terrace, right in the village but set back from the main road a bit so it's quiet.
It sleeps four people. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. All upstairs. The furniture is old, some of it antique. One of the front bedrooms looks out over Lamlash Bay and you can see Holy Isle. The small bedroom at the back has the original built-in bed under the eaves. It's fine for kids. That's it really. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and comfortable but not modern.
You can walk to everything. There are a couple of shops, a few places to eat and drink, and the beach is just down the road. The golf club is close by too.
If you want to explore, Brodick is about ten minutes drive. They've got the castle there, and the ferry terminal. The National Trust looks after Goatfell and a few other places on the island, which is good for walks. You can drive around the whole island in a day quite easily.
For facilities: parking is right outside. There's a washing machine, a TV, and a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
