This is Heathfield Cottage in Brodick. It's a semi-detached place, right in the middle of town. You can walk to the shops, a few pubs, the beach, or the golf club in a few minutes.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean, not luxury. The garden is a good size. You get a clear view over Brodick Bay towards Goatfell from there.
There's a small cloakroom just inside the door for boots and coats. It's useful. There's also a boiler room, which is really just for drying wet jackets or walking gear.
The facilities are what you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi included. Bedding and towels are provided. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is on site.
For walks, you're right at the foot of Goatfell. The beach is just down the hill. If you want to explore the rest of the island by car, you can get to most places in under half an hour.
If you're coming with a bigger group, you can book this cottage together with the house next door.
