Highview

This is Highview. It's in Brodick on the Isle of Arran. A detached cottage, all on one level. It's up a bit of a hill in a quiet spot, so the views over the water to the mountains are very good.

It sleeps six in four bedrooms, and has two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's spacious and comfortable, and everything is flat inside which is handy.

You've got a washing machine, dishwasher, and a woodburning stove. The garden is yours to use. Parking is on site. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. We don’t allow pets.

The place is wheelchair friendly at the entrance, but I'd recommend checking the full details if that's a key requirement.

Brodick has what you need: shops, places to eat, a local pub. You can walk down to the coast from the cottage. The whole island is accessible from here. You can even get a ferry over to the Kintyre Peninsula for a day trip if you fancy it.

Arran is good for walking. Goat Fell is the big one. There's mountain biking, and you can hire kayaks or go on boat trips from Lamlash Bay. The Holy Isle is worth a visit, you can get a small ferry over. The Arran Distillery does tours if you like whisky.
