Driftwood is a big red sandstone house in Corrie. It's detached, so you've got the place to yourselves. It sleeps ten, which is why there are five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean rather than luxurious.
The best thing is the view. You look straight out over the beach and the sea, across to Bute and the Cumbraes.
There's a wood burner in the front room, which is great in the winter. The garden is tiered, so it gets the sun at different times of day. There's a barbecue out there.
You're right in the village, so the local hotel and the play park are a short walk away. The beach is just there.
For a bigger shop or more places to eat, Brodick is about three miles down the road. That's also where you get the ferry if you're coming from the mainland.
The facilities are all there: wifi, a washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. The parking is on site.
