Driftwood is a red sandstone house in Corrie on Arran. It's detached, so it's just you and the garden.
It sleeps ten people in five bedrooms. There are three bathrooms. The rating is 3 Star, which means it's comfortable and clean. It's not a fancy place, but it's got room for everyone.
Everything is on the ground floor except for one of the bedrooms, which is upstairs. The stairs to that bedroom are a bit steep and narrow. Just so you know.
The living room is big and has a wood burner. It looks out over the sea towards Bute. You can see the beach from the windows.
The garden is on different levels. There's a patio area and space for a barbecue.
Corrie is a small village. There's a hotel with a pub and a children's play park just down the road. For more shops, Brodick is about a ten minute drive away.
The coast is right there for walks. If you want to explore the island, Goat Fell is nearby for a serious walk. The National Trust for Scotland on Arran has details on a few other places, like Brodick Castle.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking for a couple of cars on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
