This is Tan-Y-Dderwen. It's one of three converted barns here on the farm, near Mydroilyn. A four star place. It sleeps four people, in two bedrooms, with one bathroom.
It's quiet here. Fields all around. The village pub is a short walk away.
The barn has been done up, but it's not fancy. You get a wood burner, which is good. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. The WiFi usually works. We include all the bedding and towels. You can bring one dog.
Aberaeron is about six miles away. It's a nice little harbour town with shops and places to eat. The coast is close. You can often see dolphins from the cliff paths around New Quay, which is about a twenty minute drive.
Inland, you've got Lampeter and Tregaron. Tregaron feels very Welsh. The Cors Caron bog is there, which is a big nature reserve. Good for a walk if you like that sort of open, empty landscape.
If you want to plan trips out, these sites are useful: Visit Wales Ceredigion and National Trust Wales.
There's parking right outside. We've got a kids' play area shared between the barns. The other two barns can be booked if you're coming with a bigger group.
