Stabl is a barn conversion near Ystrad Aeron, which is in Ceredigion in west Wales. It's one of four around a shared yard. You get your own patio and garden area, and there's a big shared field for kids to run around in.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is a wet room on the ground floor. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well fitted out. There's underfloor heating downstairs and a wood burner for the colder months.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a highchair and a cot if you need them. You can bring one dog. The stairs have a gate at the top.
Outside, you've got your own private hot tub in the enclosed patio. There's also a barbecue.
The location is quiet. You're in the countryside, about a mile and a half from the nearest shop and pub. Aberaeron is about six miles away. It's a nice little harbour town with places to eat. You can walk there on a level path from Llanerchaeron, which is a National Trust house four miles from here.
New Quay is a bit further along the coast, maybe twenty minutes by car. People go there to see the dolphins. The whole Ceredigion coast is good for walking. For wider area information, Visit Ceredigion is useful.
If you're driving, Aberystwyth is about half an hour north. Machynlleth and the southern edge of Snowdonia are within a forty-five minute drive.
