Bwthyn Gwyn

Bwthyn Gwyn is in Ciliau Aeron. It's a bungalow, so everything's on the one floor. That's handy if you don't want stairs. It's semi-detached but feels more private than you'd think.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a 3 Star rating, which is about right. It's clean and comfortable, not luxurious.

The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for dogs or kids. You can sit out there. There's a BBQ. We look after the place ourselves, so you might see us around, but we'll leave you to it.

You're in the countryside here. You'll see red kites flying over most days. The river Aeron is just down the lane if you fancy a walk.

The Tyglyn Hotel is a few minutes' walk. They do food and drink. For a bigger shop, there's a petrol station with a supermarket about five minutes drive towards Lampeter. Lampeter has a Co-op and a Sainsbury's about fifteen minutes away.

Aberaeron is less than ten minutes by car. Nice harbour, some shops and pubs. The coast is close. New Quay, Llangrannog, Aberporth are all within half an hour. You can often see dolphins from the shore in those spots. Cardigan and Aberystwyth are also about thirty minutes drive.

Inland, you've got Tregaron bog and Lampeter. The Welsh language is strong around there.

For facilities, you've got the basics. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. And we take up to two dogs.
