Caravan One is on our land in Oakford. It's a static caravan, detached from the others. It sleeps four in two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There's one shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
The main room is open plan. You've got a lawned area out the front that looks over one of the fishing lakes. We've got six lakes here for coarse and fly fishing, which is included if you want to try it.
You're about four miles from Aberaeron. It's a nice little harbour town with coloured houses, a few shops and places to eat. The coast path runs through it. New Quay is five miles the other way. It's busier, with a good beach, boat trips and you often see dolphins from the harbour.
The Ceredigion coast path is right there if you like walking. For a quieter beach, Cwmtydu is a National Trust cove about a twenty minute drive. You might see seals there in the autumn.
Facilities wise: it's got parking, WiFi, a TV, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
