Mor O Gariad

Mor O Gariad is near New Quay, about a mile and a half back from the harbour. It's a detached house with its own garden. You get a good view of the sea and the bay from the front.

It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main living room and the conservatory both look out over the water.

There's a heated swimming pool outside, which is fenced. There's also a hot tub. The pool is open from May to the end of September. Upstairs there's a games room with a pool table.

New Quay itself is a 25 minute walk downhill. It's a proper Welsh seaside town with a harbour, pubs, and places to eat. You can get boat trips from there to see dolphins and seals. The walk back is uphill, so you might want to drive.

Aberaeron is about a 15 minute drive south. It's got the coloured houses around the harbour. Aberystwyth is about 40 minutes north.

For walking, you're on the Wales Coast Path. The stretch around here is very good. If you like castles, Cilgerran Castle is about half an hour's drive.

Inside, there's a wood burner in the main room, a dishwasher, washing machine, and wifi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on the drive.
