Ty Cwch Cabin 1 is in Cwmtydu, near New Quay in Carmarthenshire. It's part of a bigger place made from shipping containers. You get your own small sleeping cabin and share some other spaces.
It's for four people, but the sleeping space is one room. It's like a bunk room really. There are proper walls and a door, but it's compact. That's fine for families or friends who don't mind being close. There are two shared bathrooms upstairs and another toilet and an outdoor shower downstairs.
The best thing is the location. You're about two hundred yards from Cwmtydu beach. It's a pebble beach, good for swimming. There's a cafe there too.
The main living space is shared, with a kitchen and seating area. There's fast WiFi and games. It's got a glamping feel. You can store bikes. It's all on one level so the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
You can bring two dogs. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and functional.
The coast path runs right past it. You can walk to New Quay one way, or north towards Aberaeron. There are lots of little coves. For a bigger beach, Llanina is about a 15 minute drive. The National Trust owns a lot of the coastline here, like Llanerchaeron, which is about 20 minutes away.
