It's called Haybarn Cottage, up near Llwyndafydd. It's a one-bedroom place that sleeps two. It's part of a small group of cottages on an estate. You have your own space, but there are some shared grounds with gardens and a lake. The views from up there are good, over the valley.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's nice, not huge, but well put together. The main room is open plan with a kitchen. The bedroom has its own bathroom. There's a little balcony at the front with some honeysuckle on it.
The estate has a heated outdoor pool you can use and a tennis court. There are also some trails around the property if you fancy a walk without getting in the car.
You're about two miles from the coast. New Quay is one way, Llangrannog the other. Both have pubs and places to eat. New Quay is where the dolphin spotting boats go out from in the season. The beaches along there are good.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding is included. There's parking right outside. The garden bit is enclosed. It's also wheelchair accessible at the entrance.
If you want to explore, you're well placed for Cardigan Bay. It's about half an hour to the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. The National Trust has a few properties and coastlines nearby too.
If you need more space, you can book it alongside some of the other cottages here. But for two people, it's just right.
