Let's Glamp Retro Beatles is on our small farm in Capel Cynon, just inland from the Ceredigion coast. It's one of three pods here. This one is decorated like the 1960s, hence the name.
It's a lodge pod, so it's more solid than a tent but you're still in a meadow. It sleeps two in a double bed. One bathroom with a wet room shower, and it's all on one level with ramp access.
The pod is modern inside. Smart TV, electric heating, and a small kitchen with a fridge and a hob. Outside your door there's a deck with a wood-fired hot tub. There's also a picnic bench on the gravel area overlooking the pond. We leave out deckchairs and binoculars. You'll see red kites, owls, and plenty of rabbits.
It's quiet here, but you're only about fifteen minutes' drive from the coast at places like New Quay. Good beaches and coastal path walks there. Boat trips from New Quay go out to see dolphins in Cardigan Bay sometimes.
Inland, you've got the Teifi Valley and the Cambrian Mountains about half an hour away for a different sort of walk. Aberaeron is a nice little harbour town for a look around and a meal.
Facilities: the kitchen has what you need for basics. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi and parking right by the pod. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
