Let's Glamp Retro Madonna
This is Let's Glamp Retro Madonna, near Capel Cynon in Carmarthenshire. It's one of three LodgePods in the field. You'll have your own deck and outdoor cooking area.
It's a 'glamping' set up, so it's one open-plan space for four people. The bedroom area is part of that. There's one proper bathroom with a shower. It's got a 5 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped, not a basic tent.
The pod itself has a kitchen, a TV, and heating. Outside on the deck there's a wood-fired hot tub. There's also a big outdoor cooker called an Aquaforno and a picnic bench. The field has a pond and you'll see red kites and buzzards. We leave binoculars and some deckchairs out.
The coast is about five minutes away by car. New Quay is the nearest proper seaside village. You can see dolphins in Cardigan Bay from there, and go on boat trips. The Ceredigion Coast Path is right there for walking.
Inland, it's good for exploring the Teifi Valley and the Cambrian Mountains. You can drive to Aberystwyth in under half an hour. Cardigan and the Preseli Hills are also within about thirty minutes.
In terms of what's there: all bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi, parking, and the hot tub. You can bring one dog. The outdoor cooker uses wood, which we provide.
