Llain Cottage

Llain Cottage is in Cross Inn, Carmarthenshire. It's a detached cottage on our land, down a private track. It's quiet, surrounded by fields and woods.

It sleeps two. One bedroom, one en-suite shower room. It's got a 5 Star rating. We renovated it in 2021 so everything's new and works properly. It's all on one level, no stairs.

The main room is open plan. Kitchen, dining table, sitting area. French doors open out to the garden. The garden is enclosed, so it's secure if you bring dogs. There's a BBQ out there.

You're about five minutes' drive from Cross Inn hamlet, which has a village shop. New Quay is about the same distance the other way. That's where the harbour is. You can often see dolphins from the shore there. The beaches are sandy and a few minutes away by car.

Aberaeron is 15 minutes up the coast. It's a nice little harbour town with coloured houses. Aberystwyth is further north, maybe 40 minutes. They've got a long promenade and a cliff railway.

If you like walking, the coastal path runs right through here. There's a honey farm at the end of our lane you can visit. For horse riding or fishing, there are local places that do that.

Inside, it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can bring two dogs.
