Llain Cottage

Llain Cottage is a 5 Star cottage near Cross Inn in Carmarthenshire. It's for two people, one bedroom, one bathroom. It's detached, so you get it to yourselves. We built it in 2021, so everything is new.

You get there down our private track. It's in our grounds but you have your own garden, which is fenced in. There's a patio with a table and chairs and a barbecue.

Inside, it's all on one level. The main room is open plan with French doors out to the garden. The bedroom has an en-suite shower room. It's a walk-in shower.

You're about five minutes from the hamlet of Cross Inn, which has a village shop. New Quay, on the coast, is about the same distance. Good for a wander, some pubs, and to see if you can spot the dolphins. The beach there is sandy.

The area around is good for walking. The Wales Coast Path is nearby. Aberaeron is a 15 minute drive, it's a nice little harbour town. Aberystwyth is a bit further, maybe 30 minutes. It has a promenade and the Vale of Rheidol steam railway.

For facilities, it has a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can bring up to two dogs.
