The Farmhouse
The Farmhouse is in Mydroilyn, about six miles inland from Aberaeron. It's a detached house, big and spaced out. You're on your own here, no neighbours attached. The views are just fields and trees.
It sleeps ten people. Five bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well finished and everything works as it should. It's not old and cottagey inside, it's more like a big, comfortable modern house.
The village has a pub. For shops, you'll need to drive to Aberaeron or Lampeter, about ten or fifteen minutes. Aberaeron's nice for a wander by the harbour. The coast path is about twenty minutes by car if you want a proper cliff walk.
If you like wildlife, the Wales Coast Path is good for dolphin spotting from the cliffs. Inland, Cors Caron is a big peat bog nature reserve near Tregaron. You often see red kites there.
Inside, it's got what you'd need: a dishwasher, washing machine, wood burner. There's a garden with a patio. Bedding and towels are included. We allow one well-behaved dog. There's parking right outside.
It's a quiet spot. You're really here for the space and the countryside. If you want a proper town or a beach, you drive for a bit.
