Cornel Clyd – it means Cosy Corner – is just outside Ystrad Aeron in Ceredigion. It's a semi-detached cottage, one of a pair. It's for two people.
It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well done and comfortable. The living area is all open plan with underfloor heating and a wood burner. There's a Smart TV. The stairs are fine. Upstairs is a double bedroom with a super king bed you can split into twins if you need, and a wet room with underfloor heating.
Outside, there's an enclosed garden with a lawn and a terrace. It looks out over the fields. There's a hot tub. You can bring one dog. There's a store room for bikes.
The facilities are pretty comprehensive. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, bedding and towels are included. There's parking.
There's a shop and a pub about a mile away. Aberaeron is under seven miles. It's a lovely little harbour town with coloured houses, some good places to eat, and the famous honey ice cream. The coast is about eight or nine miles. New Quay, Llangrannog, all those places are within a half hour drive. Lampeter is seven miles inland.
