Penceunant
Penceunant is on our farm in Bwlch Llan. It's a converted stone building, detached, in the middle of the fields where we work with the sheep.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own shower room. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-finished. The main living area is upstairs to make the most of the view.
That's really the main thing. The view from the upstairs patio is just fields and hills. You can sit out there. The hot tub is on the level below that patio, still outside, so you get the same view from there too.
It's quiet here. There's a footpath that goes around the edge of the farm land, about two miles if you walk the whole loop. You'll see the sheep.
The nearest shop and pub are about four miles away in Pontrhydfendigaid. For a bigger shop, Aberystwyth is about a 20 minute drive. The coast at Aberaeron is closer, maybe 15 minutes. It's a nice little harbour town with coloured houses. You can walk from there to the Llanerchaeron estate.
New Quay is a bit further down the coast, maybe 25 minutes. They do boat trips from the harbour there if you want to look for dolphins.
Inland, you've got Tregaron about 20 minutes away. The Cors Caron nature reserve is there. It's a big peat bog with boardwalks. Good for a walk.
Facilities: it's got pretty much everything. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, all the TVs. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. We can take a grocery delivery for you if you arrange it for your arrival day. We'll put it away for you.
You can bring up to two dogs. They need to be on a lead around the farm because of the livestock.
