Penceunant is on our sheep farm in Bwlch Llan. It's a detached barn conversion, so it's on its own. You'll see us about the place sometimes, but the cottage and garden are private.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both are king-size with their own shower room, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's done up nicely.
The main living space is upstairs. The patio doors lead out to a balcony with a table and chairs. The view from there is just fields and hills. Below that, on the ground floor, there's a private hot tub.
There's a two-mile track around the farm's land if you want a short walk without getting in the car. The main coast path is a short drive away.
For shops and a pub, you need to go about four miles. Aberaeron is the nearest proper town, about nine miles. It's a nice little harbour place with coloured houses. New Quay is a bit further along the coast, maybe fifteen minutes by car. You can get boat trips from there sometimes to see dolphins.
Inland, Tregaron is about a twenty-minute drive. It's a market town and the gateway to the Cors Caron bog, which is a big nature reserve. The Cambrian Mountains are in that direction too.
Facilities: it has a dishwasher and washing machine. WiFi is included. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs. There's parking right outside.
