This is Ty Bach Twt. It's a cottage on our sheep farm in Llangeitho. It's the old cowshed, next to the main barn. The views are over the fields.
It's mostly for two people. There's a sofa bed in the living area that can sleep one more, so it says it sleeps three. One bedroom with an en-suite shower room. It's a 3 Star place, so it's clean and comfortable but not high-end.
You have your own enclosed courtyard. We've put a table and chairs out there. A neighbour feeds the red kites, so you often see them overhead.
The village is about a mile away. There's a shop and a café for basics, and a pub that does food.
Tregaron is three miles down the road. It's a small market town with shops and a couple of places to eat. Just past it is Cors Caron, which is a big nature reserve with a boardwalk. Good for a flat walk. The Natural Resources Wales page has maps.
You can get to the coast in about half an hour. Aberaeron is a pretty harbour town. New Quay is good for boat trips to see dolphins. Aberystwyth is bigger, with a promenade and a steam railway.
If you like history, Strata Florida Abbey ruins aren't far. The Cadw site has the details.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. You can bring one dog. There's parking right outside. The entrance and the main living area are all on one level.
This cottage can be booked together with the barn next door if you need more space.
