Ivy Bush Cottage is in Llanddewi Brefi. It's a stone cottage, one of four in a row. You've got your own enclosed garden at the back, which is handy if you're bringing a dog.
It sleeps four. Two double bedrooms, both upstairs, and two bathrooms. One is an en-suite to the main bedroom, the other is a family bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well kitted out and comfortable. The stairs are cottage stairs, so they turn a bit and the ceiling is low at the top. You'll remember to duck after the first time.
The living area is open plan. Kitchen, dining table, sofas around the wood burner. There's a basket for logs. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. WiFi is included, and there's parking right outside.
The village pub is about a five minute walk. It's friendly. For a bigger shop, Tregaron is about three miles away. They've got a Co-op and a few places to eat. The monthly cattle market is quite a thing to see if your timing is right.
For walks, you can start right from the door. The Cors Caron bog is just outside Tregaron. It's a big nature reserve with boardwalks. Good for birdwatching. Wales Coast Path is about a 35 minute drive. Aberystwyth is in that direction too, with the promenade and the cliff railway. Aberaeron is a nice harbour town.
