Parlwr Godro
Parlwr Godro is a detached barn conversion on our smallholding near Betws Bledrws. It's about three miles outside Lampeter, so you've got a few shops and pubs a short drive away, but it feels properly rural here.
It's been renovated recently, so everything's in good order. It sleeps four, with two bedrooms. One has a very large emperor bed, the other has twins. There's one bathroom with a shower. The living area is open plan with a wood burner. Patio doors open to the garden.
A thing to note: the kitchen is five steps up from the living area. It's not a problem, but you should know about it.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs. We allow up to two pets. You've got your own parking right outside.
Out here, you can walk straight from the door. We're on a smallholding, so there are fields and wildlife about. For the coast, New Quay and Aberaeron are the main spots. You can often see dolphins from the shore in New Quay, and there are boat trips if you want a closer look. Aberystwyth is about a 40 minute drive. It's a proper Victorian seaside town with a pier and a cliff railway.
If you're looking for a day out, the Dolaucothi Gold Mines are interesting. The red kite feeding at Bwlch Nant Yr Arian is worth seeing if you like birds. You can get a steam train from Aberystwyth up to Devil's Bridge.
Facilities are all included: bedding, towels, WiFi, Smart TV, washing machine. There's a BBQ you can use.
