Ty Bledrws is in Betws Bledrws, just outside Lampeter. It's a detached stone house on the edge of the village, with views over the fields. Quiet spot.
It's a big place, sleeps ten. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and comfortable. There are two staircases, which is handy with a big group. Some of the bedrooms are quite traditional, with patterned wallpaper. It's not a blank white box.
You've got a decent sized garden, mostly lawn, with a patio and a BBQ. There's parking for a few cars on the drive.
The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
The nearest pub serving food is about three miles away in Llanybydder. Lampeter is ten minutes by car for shops, cafes, and a supermarket.
The coast at Aberaeron is about half an hour's drive. Nice harbour, good fish and chips. New Quay is a bit further, maybe 40 minutes.
If you like walking, Bwlch Nant Yr Arian forest is about 25 minutes away. They have a red kite feeding centre you can watch. The Cambrian Mountains are right on your doorstep. For a day out, you can get the steam train from Aberystwyth up to Devil's Bridge.
