Cob Cottage is on our farm, Godre Garth, just outside Llanddewi Brefi. It's attached to our house, but you'll have your own space. The garden looks out over the fields and down to the River Teify, so it's quiet. We're a working sheep farm, so you'll see the flock.
The cottage sleeps six. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. One has a kingsize bed, the other has a zip and link super king and a single bed. The sofas in the living room are big enough to stretch out on. There's an electric stove that looks like a wood burner.
The kitchen has what you need. There's a conservatory off it with French doors, which gets the sun. Outside is a decked area with a table, chairs and a BBQ. You can park three cars off the road. You can store bikes in our barn if you bring them.
Llanddewi Brefi is about a mile and a half away. There's a shop and two pubs there. It's the village from Little Britain, if you remember that. Tregaron is three miles away, they've got the Red Kite Feeding Centre.
You're right in the middle of the Cambrian Mountains here. There's a footpath from the cottage that goes into the village and out into the hills. For a day out, Aberystwyth is about half an hour's drive. The coast at New Quay is similar. The Dolaucothi Gold Mines are a bit further, maybe 40 minutes. Lampeter is eight miles away.
As for facilities, it's all included. Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, bedding and towels. There's a cot if you need one. We accept up to two dogs. The rating is 4 Star.
