Red Kite Lodge

Right, Red Kite Lodge. It's a new build, finished in 2020. It's detached, on our smallholding here at Stags Head. Sleeps seven across four bedrooms, and there are three bathrooms, which helps with a full house.

Everything's on one level except for two of the bedrooms, which are upstairs. The main living space has those patio doors out to the garden and the hot tub. The hot tub is private, in its own gated bit at the front. The garden at the back is enclosed.

You get the whole 17 acres to wander really. There's a paddock we sometimes use, and about five acres of woodland. The river Teifi runs along the bottom of the land. We've put a bench down by the river, about 150 yards from the lodge. It's a nice spot.

The village shop is about two miles away. The nearest pub is a mile and a half. Tregaron is the local market town, maybe three miles. They've got the Red Kite Centre and good walks. Aberystwyth is a 25 minute drive, and Aberaeron on the coast is about half an hour. Both have decent places to eat.

It's a five star rated place, so it's well-equipped. Underfloor heating, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, that sort of thing. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. We can also sort a travel cot and highchair if you need them.
