Stabl
Stabl is on our farm in Bethania. It's a barn we converted, all on one level. The main living area is open plan and quite spacious.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one has a shower, the other is a family bathroom. Everything is wheelchair accessible. You can bring one dog.
We're a working sheep farm. There's a public footpath that goes right through the farmyard and into the woods, so you can start a walk from the door.
The coast is about eight miles away. You've got all the Cardigan Bay beaches like Aberaeron and New Quay within a 20-30 minute drive. We see red kites and buzzards here regularly, and you can spot dolphins off the coast.
The nearest shop and pubs are in Llanarth, two miles away. Aberaeron has more shops and places to eat, it's about ten minutes by car. Aberystwyth is roughly half an hour's drive.
The place has a wood burner and central heating. There's a hot tub on the patio. The garden is enclosed. We include all bedding and towels. Parking is right outside.
