Stabl is a converted barn on our farm in Bethania. It's a working sheep farm, so you'll see us and the sheep about. The place is all on one level, which is handy.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The council gave it 5 Stars, so it's up to a good standard. You're welcome to bring one dog.
Inside it's open plan. There's a wood burner for cooler days, and the sofas are comfortable. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Outside, there's an enclosed patio with a hot tub. We keep it clean and serviced, so it's ready for you to use.
The farm is quiet. A public footpath goes through the yard and into the woods if you want a walk without driving. The nearest shop and a couple of pubs are about two miles away in Llanon.
You can get to the coast in about fifteen minutes. Aberaeron is a nice little town with a harbour and places to eat. New Quay is a bit further along the coast where you can sometimes spot dolphins. Aberystwyth is about forty minutes north if you want a bigger town.

Facilities wise: parking is right outside, bed linen and towels are provided, and there's wifi. It's got level access at the entrance and wide doorways inside.
