Y Bwthyn

Y Bwthyn is in Llanrhystud, right in the middle of the village. It's a small one-up-one-down cottage, so it's just for two people.

It's a 4 Star place, which means it's been done up nicely inside. Everything's clean and works. Downstairs is open plan. Kitchen's along one wall with a breakfast bar. At the back is a small patio area with a table and chairs. There's bike storage round the side.

Upstairs is the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom is a good size for a cottage. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

It's about a ten minute walk to the beach. It's shingle with sand when the tide's out. The village has a café and a pub. The pub does food.

The cottage is right on the Wales Coast Path. You can walk from your door. The section from here to New Quay is about 14 miles if you fancy a proper trek. Aberaeron is seven miles south. It's a nice little harbour town with coloured houses.

Aberystwyth is nine miles north. It's got the usual shops, a pier, and the university. The Arts Centre is good for a film or a show. The National Library is there too if you're interested.

Facilities are all here. Wi-Fi, washing machine, bedding and towels included. You can bring one dog. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is on the street outside the cottage.
