Cledan
Cledan is a lodge in Llannon. It's detached, on its own bit of land, and the sea is pretty much right there. The view is straight out over the coast.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom and a sort of dressing area. One has a king size bed, the other has twins. Everything is on one level, so no stairs at all. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well fitted out and comfortable.
Inside, it's all open plan. There's a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a sitting area, and doors that open onto a big deck. The deck has glass panels so you can sit out there even if it's a bit breezy. It's a good spot to watch the sun go down.
You're right by the water, so you'll see plenty of sea birds. Red kites are common around here too. There's a wooded bit and a riverbank next to the property, so you might see other wildlife.
In terms of location, you're on the Ceredigion coast path for walking. The beach isn't a sandy resort type, it's more rocky and interesting. There's local fishing. A golf course is nearby. For a bigger town, Aberystwyth is about a 30 minute drive north. It's got the usual shops, a pier, and the cliff railway.
Facilities: it's all on the ground floor and the doorways are suitable for a wheelchair. There's parking right there. You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included, and the electricity is part of the price.
