Oswald House
Oswald House is in Llannon village, just half a mile back from the coast. It's a detached house. Sleeps twelve in six bedrooms. Has four bathrooms.

The kitchen and dining area is very large. The bi-fold doors open to the garden. There's a patio with a hot tub and a barbecue out there.
There's a pub and a shop about a ten minute walk away. The beach is an easy walk. The coastal path is right there too. You can drive to a lot of beaches. There's New Quay harbour about ten minutes south, and Penbryn beach a bit further. To the north, Aberystwyth and Borth have long sandy beaches. All within a 30 minute drive.
The area is good for walking and wildlife. You often see red kites, and sometimes dolphins from the coast.
Facilities wise: it's got a wood burner, a games room, WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair. On-site parking. You can bring up to two dogs.
