Oswald House is in Llannon, Ceredigion. It's a detached house that sleeps twelve. Six bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means everything is in good order and comfortable.
The place is big, so it works for large groups or family get togethers. There's a games room that kids tend to like. The kitchen is large and opens out through bi-fold doors onto the patio. There's a hot tub and a barbecue out there. The garden is enclosed.
You're about half a mile from the beach. There's a local pub, a shop, and a restaurant within a few minutes' walk. The village is quiet.
The coast here is good. You've got New Quay to the north, which is about a 20 minute drive. You can sometimes see dolphins from the harbour there. To the south, places like Aberaeron and Tresaith are within half an hour. The Ceredigion Coast Path runs right the way along if you want a proper walk.
Inland, you're close to the Cambrian Mountains. It's good driving country. The Vale of Rheidol Railway runs from Aberystwyth up to Devil's Bridge, which is about a 40 minute drive. It's a nice steam train trip.
Facilities wise: everything you'd expect is there. Washing machine, dishwasher, woodburning stove, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking on site. We can provide a cot and highchair.
