Frondeg is an old farm bungalow just outside Aberaeron. It's detached. You're up on the hill, so you get the view. The lawn and patio look out over the fields to the sea.
It sleeps seven in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's a 3 Star rating, which is about right. It's clean and it works. The ground floor is all level, which is good for access. There's a wet room with grab rails.
You can bring one well-behaved dog. There's off-road parking for four cars, which is more than most.
The lounge is a decent size. There's a small conservatory with a couple of chairs if you want to sit and look at the view. The kitchen is modern and has what you need. The dining table seats six.
Aberaeron is about a fifteen minute walk downhill. It's a proper little harbour town. Good fish and chips. Some nice places to eat. The harbour is nice for a wander. The Wales Coast Path runs right through it.
From the bungalow, you can walk down the lane to the coast path in about five minutes. It's a good spot for watching dolphins. You can see them from the cliff path sometimes.
If you drive, New Quay is about fifteen minutes north. Good for boat trips to see the dolphins. Llanerchaeron is just inland, about ten minutes away. It's a nice National Trust house with gardens and farm. Aberystwyth is half an hour up the coast if you want a bigger town.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. The garden is enclosed.
