The Coach House is one of three cottages here at Neuadd Lwyd, near Aberaeron. They're old barns, done up. It's quiet here, in the countryside.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom, which is handy. The living area is all one open space downstairs. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you have dogs. We accept up to three.
The place has a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped. It's got a dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside.
You're about two and a half miles from the coast. The Ceredigion Coastal Path is brilliant for walks. You can often see dolphins from the cliffs. Aberaeron is the nearest proper town, about ten minutes by car. It's got a harbour, some decent places to eat, and a chip shop. New Quay is a bit further along the coast, maybe twenty minutes. That's where you go for boat trips to see the dolphins.
Inland, it's all hills and quiet lanes. The Cambrian Mountains are about half an hour's drive. Cors Caron is a big peat bog nature reserve up there, good for a walk. Strata Florida Abbey is nearby if you like history.
There's a shop and a pub in the village, about two miles away. They're fine for basics. For a bigger supermarket, you'd go to Aberaeron.
