The Coach House is in Neuadd Lwyd near Llandysul. It's one of a row of converted barns. It's quiet, up a lane with fields around it. You get your own bit of garden, fully enclosed. It's a good spot for watching red kites.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up well, it's clean and comfortable. It's open plan downstairs. The WiFi is fine for normal use.
The facilities are what you'd expect: dishwasher, washing machine, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. We do take pets, up to four. There's a BBQ in the garden.
The coast is about two and a half miles away. You can drive down to Aberaeron or Newquay for a proper beach day. You sometimes see dolphins from the cliffs. The local pub is about two miles away in Llandysul, it does food.
If you like walking, the Ceredigion Coastal Path is brilliant. Inland, it's worth driving up to Cors Caron, the big bog nature reserve, or to Strata Florida Abbey. Both are about a 30 minute drive. For a longer day out, you can get down to Pembrokeshire or up into the Cambrian Mountains within the hour.
