Cynefin Cottage
Cynefin Cottage is in New Quay, Ceredigion. It's a detached cottage, which is good because you won't have any neighbours through the walls. It's all on one level, so no stairs at all.
It sleeps four people. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. The layout is open plan. There's a galley kitchen, which is fine for holiday cooking.
It's up on the hill above the harbour, so you get the view. The patio doors open onto a private patio and garden, looking out over the bay. You can sit out there with a drink in the evening.
New Quay itself is about a mile downhill. There's a shop, places to eat, and a couple of pubs. The beach is sandy and good for families. The big thing is the boat trips from the harbour to see dolphins. They're resident, so you've got a decent chance.
It's a good spot for exploring the coast. Aberaeron is a short drive south. It's a nice little town with a colourful harbour. Further south, you've got beaches like Mwnt and Aberporth. North, you've got Aberystwyth in about half an hour. They've got a long promenade, shops, and the cliff railway.
Facilities: there's parking right there, Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. We've also got a cot and a highchair if you need them. There's a BBQ for the patio. Sorry, no pets.
