Awel-Y-Mor

Awel-Y-Mor is in Aberaeron, right by the harbour. It's a tall, terraced Georgian house, one of a row. The front looks out over the water.

It sleeps six. There are four bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, and was all renovated a few years ago so it's in good order. Being Georgian, it's over three floors. The stairs are normal stairs, but you'll be going up and down them.

You've got a small, walled garden out the back at basement level. It's got a table and chairs. There's an old outside toilet down there too, which is a bit of a quirk.

Inside, the living room is on the middle floor so you get the harbour view. There's a TV and the original fireplace. The kitchen and dining area are downstairs in the basement. It leads out to the garden.

You're right in the town. The beach is a five-minute walk. Shops, pubs, and some good restaurants are basically on your doorstep, about 50 yards away.

For things to do, you can walk the Ceredigion Coastal Path straight from the door. There are boat trips from the harbour that go dolphin spotting. Golf and fishing are close by. Further out, you've got places like the National Trust gardens at Llanerchaeron, about ten minutes inland.

Facilities wise, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking, but it's in a public car park a very short walk from the house.
