Bay View Cottage
This is Bay View Cottage. It's on a hillside near the village of Llannon, in Ceredigion. As the name says, you can see the bay from here. The view is across the fields to Cardigan Bay.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The place is quite spacious. The bedroom has big doors that open onto a large balcony. You can sit out there.
You have your own garden. The owners also have about three acres of land around the cottage, with a pond, which they're happy for you to walk around.
The village of Llannon is about a mile away. There's a pub and a shop for basics. From there, you can walk down to the seafront.
This is a good base for the coast. New Quay is about a 15 minute drive. They do boat trips from the harbour there, sometimes for dolphins. Aberaeron is maybe 20 minutes south. It's a Georgian harbour town with places to eat. Aberystwyth is roughly half an hour north. It's a university town with a pier and a cliff railway.
For walking, the Wales Coast Path runs right along here. The Ceredigion Heritage Coast site has information on the area.
Inside, it's got what you'd need. Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. The bedding and towels are included. There's parking right at the cottage. You can bring up to two dogs.
