Magnolia Cottage
Magnolia Cottage is in Aberaeron. It's a detached house, so you're not sharing walls with anyone. You get the whole place and the garden. The garden is enclosed and looks out towards the sea.
It sleeps twelve people. Six bedrooms, four bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been finished to a good standard and is well equipped. There's a wet room on the ground floor and the entrance is wheelchair accessible.
The kitchen is big, with a range cooker and granite worktops. The living area is also large, with an electric stove that looks like a wood burner. There's a patio in the garden with a BBQ.
The town itself is about 500 yards away. That's where you'll find shops, a couple of pubs, and some restaurants, mostly seafood places. The harbour is there too.
For days out, Aberystwyth is about half an hour up the coast. New Quay is about twenty minutes south. You can sometimes see dolphins from the coast there. The Welsh coastal path runs through here if you like walking.
In terms of facilities, it's all there: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, cots and highchairs if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on site. No pets, sorry.
